Payment Information: When you purchase coins, payment is processed by Razorpay. We store the order ID and payment status but do not store your credit/debit card details.

ViralAI allows users to upload selfie photos for AI processing. Parents and guardians should be aware that uploading photos for face-swap AI generation involves biometric data processing. We strongly advise parents to supervise and approve any photo uploads made by users aged 13–17. Photos uploaded by minors are subject to the same data handling, retention, and deletion policies described in this Privacy Policy and are not shared with third parties for any purpose other than AI content generation.
We do not sell, rent, or monetise the personal data of any user under the age of 18, including their photos, usage data, or any other personal information. This is in compliance with COPPA, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and applicable Indian data protection laws.
ViralAI is listed on the Google Play Store and is designated for users aged 13 and above. We comply with the Google Play Families Policy. The app is not designed or marketed for children under 13. ViralAI is also available as an Android mobile application on the Google Play Store. The app wraps our web platform in a native container to provide an enhanced mobile experience.
Push Notifications: Our Android app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications. When you allow notifications, we collect and store your device token to deliver notifications about new templates, updates, and promotions. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.
Device Information: The app may collect basic device information including device type, operating system version, and a unique device identifier for the purpose of delivering notifications and improving app compatibility.
Deep Links: The app supports deep links to open specific templates and content directly within the app when clicking links from advertisements, social media, or other sources.
WebView: The mobile app displays our web platform within a native WebView. All web-based data collection practices described in this policy also apply to the mobile app.
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile section of the app or website. When you delete your account, all your personal data — including your profile, uploaded photos, generated content, coin balance, transaction history, and device tokens — will be permanently removed from our systems. This action is irreversible.
